Your patient has a tummy ache, and there is no known cure. Your only option is to grab your Mass Transfer Gizmo, and bring the fight to the germs that are causing your patient's guts to gurgle. Alter your patient's anatomy, and enhance his immune system, and unobstruct his bowels all while avoiding contracting the virus yourself.
